Leadership
Dale Hower is President and Founding Member of Firm Numbers. He brings over 30 years of experience helping C-suite executives and owners of privately-held businesses grow revenue, maximize profitability, and use financial data in the strategic decision-making process.
Dale founded Firm Numbers based on his experience advising attorneys seeking timely and accurate financial data. He has held executive-level positions including Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration for regional law firms with up to 200 employees. He later served as an independent coach and consultant to over 100 small law firms, manufacturers, distributors, and nonprofits nationwide, helping them apply financial management principles to manage, grow and maximize the sale value of their organizations.
Dale grew up in a military family and spent his early years abroad, studying in Bangkok, Thailand, and later working as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. He is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and earned his M.B.A. at the Wharton Graduate School of Business in Pennsylvania. He lives with his wife Betty in Charlotte, NC, and embraces any opportunity to spend time with his two adult sons.
